You got your microdosing kit. You’ve taken it on and off, felt something... but you weren’t impressed. Everyone’s raving about microdosing, yet your experience has been, well, underwhelming. Sound familiar?

I was in the same place when I started. For me, it was even unpleasant at first, but I decided to stick with it and give it a fair chance.


Here’s what changed: I switched my mindset from seeking immediate results (for me it was creativity for my work) to becoming a curious scientist of my own life. I experimented, stayed open, and most importantly—I just observed.

I get it—when life feels off track, you want it back on track yesterday. It’s normal to want microdosing to work fast. But here’s the kicker: microdosing is not a quick fix.

But, if it took years of misaligned choices to bring you to this point, it’s ONLY fair to expect it might take more than two weeks to realign things. Right?

So, here's my invitation!

Microdosing is not about instant results or quick fixes. In fact, it’s an invitation to become a curious observer of your own life.

Start microdosing again, follow your desired protocol and for the first 30 days just take notes and observe. Nothing else!

This first 30 days is where you simply notice what microdosing reveals to you—without trying to fix or change anything.

Observe without judgment, you could identify blind spots and areas of your life that need attention—whether it’s mood, focus, creativity, or burnout?

Microdosing for the next 30 days
For the next 30 days, microdosing will act as a non-specific amplifier, gently showing you where things are out of balance.

To make the most of this experiment, here’s what you need to do for the next 30 days:

  1. Set the stage: Start with an open mind and zero expectations. This isn’t about getting everything perfect—it’s about learning from your experience.
  2. Daily observation: Each day (whether if a day on or off), journal your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. ODIN, the journal I personally designed, is built specifically for this kind of tracking. It will help you see patterns that aren’t obvious at first.
  3. Reflect without judging: As you write, resist the urge to fix or change anything. Simply notice—what emotions come up, where your energy goes, and what areas of your life feel aligned (or out of balance).
  4. Weekly review: At the end of each week, take 10 minutes to look over your journal entries. What recurring themes or insights have emerged? Do you see any blind spots?
  5. Stay open: Microdosing reveals things gradually. Be patient and stay open to the process. This is a journey of discovery.

And I promise you, where you are looking for be more focused, reduce burnout, feel more joy, creative, or less anxious, after these 30-day you will know what to do next to really make a difference in your life.
